Make a reservation

We continuously book parties throughout the year and availability is on a first come first served basis. Holiday seasons are especially busy. Because Fridays and Saturdays are the busiest days of the week, we must accommodate two different seating times. In order to accommodate this, we require that your party either start at 4:00 pm ending at 7:30 pm or begin at 8:00 pm ending at closing. On the remaining days of the week, you may book your party from 5:00 pm throughout the evening. Once we book your party, a non-refundable deposit of $100 will be required. At this time we can also answer any questions you may have. We accept cash and major credit cards but do not accept personal checks.

Select your menu items

Determine the number of courses you would like for your meal (two course minimum). Select the items in each course from the appropriate menu (menus are not interchangeable). Below each menu section title is the number of selections to make per course. It is also a good idea to make wine selections ahead of time to match your budget and tastes. We do offer an extensive wine list which you may review in advance upon request. As a courtesy to our business, we ask that you do not bring in any wine or beverages that we offer in house. If you care to bring in wine that we do not offer on our wine list we charge a $20.00 corkage fee per bottle.

Call to finalize the details

Call your coordinator to finalize the menu items and also to tell us what sentiment or text that you would like to be printed personalized menu. Your coordinator will prepare an initial contract with your personalized choices and this will be emailed or faxed to you for your review and approval. Your signature on the contract acknowledges that you have agreed upon the minimum food and beverage charges stated for your reserved room. (See chart below for minimum food and beverage charges.) A week prior to your event, your final guest count will be required.

Table Configurations

Our staff is ready to accommodate special table configurations. There are times however where we will be unable to accommodate requests based on room capacities and the availability of table and chairs. In some of these cases modifications can be made with the rental of additional equipment at the expense of the client.

End Time

In order to better serve you, please keep in mind the  end time of your party. Due to sequential bookings of parties during peak times (Friday and Saturday), we require that our guests adhere to the end time of their party so that our staff may prepare the room for the next party. You will be charged a late fee of $50.00 if your party exceeds the end time by more than 10 minutes.

Bar Service

Cocktails are always available through our service staff. However, preparation times may vary during busy periods. If you are concerned with long drink times, you may provide a bar for your guests for a designated set up fee. Note that this set up fee is not included in the minimum food and beverage minimums. The following services are available:

  • Standard Beverage Service (No Charge)
  • Select up to five different wine and/or beer choices.

  • Well Bar Service ($150.00 set up fee)
  • Allows your guests the extra service of a bartender in your area. Well stocked bar. Pay for what drinks you consume.

  • Premium Bar Service ($250.00 set up fee)
  • Service of the bartender in your area and a full bar featuring up to 20 premium selections. Pay for what drinks you consume.

Payments & Billing

A 50% installment (of the minimum food and beverage charge) will be required a week prior to your event.

Your final bill will be the minimum food and beverage charge plus tax and an 18% gratuity .

If your bill exceeds the minimum food and beverage charge as defined above, then you will be charged the actual amount of the food and beverage purchases, plus tax and an 18% gratuity.

Payment for any rentals, which are coordinated by the events department, will be paid in full (including tax on the rentals) two weeks prior to the event.
